Description:

This PR implements a Mentors section similar to the existing Team section. It allows the website to showcase mentors alongside their bios and photos, enhancing visibility of the mentors involved with the project.

Fixes:

Implements a new section for Mentors on the website, addressing Issue.
The section includes mentor names, titles/roles, photo.

Changes Made:

Frontend:

Added a new UI component for the Mentors section using the same layout and design pattern as the Team section for consistency.
Integrated CSS for responsive design across various devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
Created a route for the Mentors section within the navigation (if applicable).
