Bleed Vs swallow #1588

Ran into a possible bug with Bleed destroying a Nightshade Swallow in PVE.

I'm assuming here that When Bleed causes enough wounds to be placed on the Swallow, the Swallow should be destroyed and allow me to place an exhaustion token on a unit.

Not sure if I clicked too fast through prompts, but it seems like it didn't let me place an exhaustion token after the Swallow was destroyed. I am also noticing that the game messages are saying I used "Nightshade Swallow (14) to place 1 wound on Nightshade Swallow (14)"
