[x] Added option to adjust the radius of final graph using the query string &radius=<value>. The value will be in range 0-16 inclusive. Value less than 0 or greater than 16 will be round to 0 or 16 respectively. Default is 0
[x] Add tests for this feature
[x] Update svg test snapshots for border-radius
