@jamextech1 @OMEGA6404 This is probably due to the fact that Heroku stopped offering free hours. The developer is not to blame.

Hi @jamextech1 and @OMEGA6404 This is happening because server is down. @DxxxxY is right. Please refer #55 & #138. We are trying our best and planning to probably move the deployment from Heroku to some other platform. Please feel free to share your ideas here.
