BUG: Incorrect Link for GitHub Readme Activity Graph #199

Describe the bug The current link for the GitHub Readme activity graph, "https://github-readme-activity-graph.cyclic.app," is not functioning correctly. It should be updated to "https://github-readme-activity-graph.vercel.app" to ensure proper functionality.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the following link: "https://github-readme-activity-graph.cyclic.app/graph?username=PP-Namias"
  2. Observe that the activity graph fails to load or displays an error.

Expected behavior After updating the link to "https://github-readme-activity-graph.vercel.app/graph?username=PP-Namias," the activity graph should load successfully without any errors.

Additional context To avoid any disruptions in user profiles, it is recommended to announce the change of the activity graph link from "https://github-readme-activity-graph.cyclic.app" to "https://github-readme-activity-graph.vercel.app" on the Readme page or in the documentation. This will inform other users to update their links accordingly, ensuring the correct functioning of the activity graph for all profiles.
