Create a repository for the project and configure a buildroot project for the hardware-raspberry pi 4

DOD: Successful building of buildroot for rpi 4 and Boot-up the device.

  1. The Buildroot image has been successfully built, flashed into a SD card, and successfully booted on a Raspberry Pi 4.
  2. Login was done by entering the root password as "root".
  3. The following image shows the successful boot process on the Raspberry Pi 4 and the subsequent login of the root user within the custom image.
