Update the buildroot to include the Wi-Fi package and able to ssh into Raspberry Pi

Able to get the IP address: 10.0.0.17 using ifconfig and pinging command shows successful WiFi connection to hotspot.

Add changes in make menuconfig for WIFI packages.
Add the S40network script, interfaces and wpa_supplicant.conf inside /base_external/rootfs_overlay/etc directory
After burning SD card with updated sdcard.img and loading it in RPi4, device can successfully connect to WiFi

Able to successfully ssh into the RPi4 from my laptop using windows PowerShell and can see the connection with WIFI
