Implementation and Integration of UART based ESP8266 module with RPi 4.

DOD:

Module is working correctly with RPi 4 and able to receive the temperature, humidity and pressure readings from the sensor
Webserver successfully created
Able to display the real-time data on webpage

Blocker: Availability of module

Apache web server is implemented to display sensor values. Please refer Issue No 10 - [Creation of webserver using Apache.
