Can't read a 3ds file

every time i try to extract a 3ds file it instantly goes to extract finished but nothing happend

Can you try to run these tool? 3dstool.exe ctrtool.exe makerom.exe

It looks like a tool can not run properly on your computer if no file is extracted.
