No extraction in either V9 or V12

I'm trying to extract a .3ds and no folders are generated. Problem occurs with V9 and V12

hes not the only one experiencing it, i followed tutorials, i even tried .cia and .3ds but nothing poped up

Okay not sure if you guys got it to work but i had the same issue, for me when it asked to decrypt i press N for no and it worked
