Well extraction doesn't work

Okay, I've tried version 12, 11 and 10. My file does not have any spaces in it. (It is simply named "MarioMaker.cia") It is also not in the same folder nor in the program files folder. I wrote "MarioMaker" when told. I also installed the setup. I've read over these, apparently more people have this problem, but my computer is 64bit.

I have the same problem. It says the file is extracted, but nothing happens. No folder or anything
