Extraction complete, but nothing happens. No new folders #39

Well, title says it all I guess. Just entered the file name without spaces or the extention, yet nothing seems to help

If the game is Pokemon Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon, then that is normal. Everyone seems to be having trouble with those. If not, try using both v9 and v12. If it is a decrypted .3ds file then you should use v9, otherwise you should use v10 or later. Make sure you are selecting the right option in the menu (D to extract a .3ds or CE to extract a .cia file) and make sure that everything is installed beforehand. That's all I know to fix this issue, sorry if it isn't enough.

(Sorry to necro, but) Try to drag and drop the file without extension. Example : Write your input .CIA filename (without extension) : "F:\PC\3ds\Tool\HackingToolkit9DS\PackHack[name of the game minus the extension]"

v9 aint working for me, there is no packhack folder or setupus.exe....

I'm using parallels desktop on a Mac, and the same thing is happening to me (yes I am excluding the ".cia" extension, and it didn't fix the issue).
