Error 32- SetUpUS #44

I don't remember 100% why this happened but I did have to delete it or it stoped mid way through because of an auto-update that happened Now it won't redownload and I can't start HackingToolkit9DS Screen Shot 2019-07-03 at 9 20 30 pm

The tool doesn't have any auto-update (nor even a simple update) feature, no idea where you downloaded it from.

I downloaded it from here I meant my computer auto updated mid set-up
