I started with v9 and got a cia that went black after the 3ds logo so I tried out v12 which just came with tons of issues, the romfs extracter refusing to extract stuff so I had to rely on v9 for that and then v12 was throwing errors about dll's so i got the dll's now it claims to make a cia and yet it gives me two bin files? CustomPartition0.bin and CustomPartition1.bin. apparently all i can do with those is extract them????
