Make notes draggable #20

Right now the positions of the sticky notes are fixed. It must be draggable.

@tstreamDOTh Hey, I had no time to work this weekend, So I'll need more time, Just a question: Do you want this feature to be implemented using vanilla js or could I use: https://github.com/atlassian/react-beautiful-dnd for example? Thanks.
