If someone Enable VPN then it will enable KahfDNS directly. If someone donot enable KahfDNS but still they will able to get the feature in the browser

Difference is If someone Enable KahfDNS it will work in the whole device and if disable it will work only in the browser . After finish you can ask @denizgencay to implement in Android.
