Moved small regulars to 03 minor moons #46

Contains the three of the four small inner moons of Jupiter, plus Portia group + Puck.

I was thinking... maybe we shouldn’t move them? I would like to add, for example, Amalthea to the featured, and then it will appear not in its expected place, but somewhere. Just like Puck and Portia group.

I'm worried about it getting really, really crowded in the 02_solar_system file when more and more of these small moons are added in. The quality of the spectra is also mediocre for all of them, and Amalthea is also not really an important object either.
