My system freezes - Githubissues

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

System info Please include :

Your distribution: Manjaro
Your desktop manager (KDE, GNOME, Cinnamon...), Cinnamon
You display manager (SDDM, GDM, LightDM...), Maybe LightDM, or something else. I don't know how should get this info to be sure.
Your laptop model, MSI GF63 Thin 10SCXR
The version of optimus-manager you are using : latest stable release (optimus-manager)
Your custom optimus-manager configuration file at /etc/optimus-manager/optimus-manager.conf, if you made one

Logs Run optimus-manager --status in a console, and if an error message appears, post it here. The message should also point you to a log path, attach it here as well. If there is no error message but you are still experiencing issues, grab the most recent files in /var/log/optimus-manager/switch/ and /var/log/optimus-manager/daemon/.

I installed the optimus-manager with the Manjaro built-in installer, and I didn't do anything more. Now the switching to nvidia is working but my system randomly freezes. The fans are loud and the system is not responsive.

Maybe I missed a step from the installation, maybe not.

I have freezes when open/close new windows or context menus. You too?

No. I have freezes with already opened windows. Moreover, had freeze 3 seconds after the switch to nvidia, then there were no opened windows.

Today I got the same issue that you mentioned. After I closed the firefox window the system immediatly became frozen.

I switched to envycontrol + gnome extension. Works without freezes and problems
