Populate various supply/borrow market details on front end #16

Get this data from the Redux action, indirectly from the smart contract. Depends on #40 . Examples of this behavior can be found in Compound.

[ ] Liquidity: for each whitelisted currency in Borrow Markets (in $?)
[ ] Protocol Balance: for each whitelisted currency in Borrow/Supply Markets
[ ] Supply APYs: for each whitelisted currency in Supply Markets
[ ] Supply "Distribution APY"s: for each whitelisted currency in Supply Markets
[ ] Borrow APYs: for each whitelisted currency in Borrow Markets
[ ] Borrow "Distribution APY"s: for each whitelisted currency in Borrow Markets
