refactor: #7 #15

yarn install in the root packages/playground/basic has vite-plugin-ssr files. packages/vitext/src/node/server.ts is the server (express) init like vite-framework

[ ] adding vitext route files to vite-plugin-ssr
[ ] cleaner code instead of messy comments
[ ] deleting the .page.* files

Note: packages/vitext/src/node has the functions that can really help the new impl.
