Looks like there hasn't been any updates in many months and no comments regarding React 18 support?

@brillout is making a new release for vite-plugin-ssr which makes vitext return into development! so hope we can get that soon!

The V1 design for vite-plugin-ssr (and rename to Vike) recently happened.

Would this unblock Vitext?

Hey @redbar0n, No, unfortunately, there are better options like Rakkas or Waku! In case you want to continue this project, let me know.
