Scan for radio signals #109

Please state which product you're having trouble with.

Should be possible to scan radio frequencies for stations, right?  Would fit 
nicely in the EMS tab.

Your phone does not contain a general broadband scanner, and if it did, Android 
doesn't have an API for that -- sorry.  The radios (BT, GPS, cellular, WiFi) 
provide exactly the information they're supposed to -- active channels.  (For 
BT, not even that.)
