Kelvin temperature does not use degree symbol #152

Thanks for taking the time to report an issue; but since I'm now working 7
long days a week at my day job, it's unlikely that I'll respond to it in
the near future.  Remember that the source code is right here, and a patch
will get more results than a bug report.

Please state which product you're having trouble with.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?  On what operating system?  Find
your Android OS version in Settings -> About phone -> Firmware version.

Fahrenheit and Celsius are non-zero based so they need the degree symbol. 
Kelvin is a zero based scale.
