Correctly select 3rd party sources #152

A fix for an issue #132.

Thank you. This change is merged in my local copy and will be live soon. I want to make some other unrelated changes before I push anything out.

Actually, this fix was short-lived. I've been meaning to do something about the sources modal for a while, and the trouble with keeping this updated convinced me to bite the bullet and do it. Sources are now sorted by type automatically, and there are all/none buttons for each type. Now it no longer has to be specified manually like this.
