6 years ago In Medlaunch, under the Configs tab, can you check the settings within 'playstation specific settings'?
Maybe Region auto-detection is not enabled?
MedLaunch (as far as I can remember) shouldn't have any input into the chosen firmware, it just hands the detection off to Mednafen.

ok so the next tetris ntsc doesnt emulate on epsxe or mednafen so i got the pal version which runs on both nice.
however for some reason this launcher keeps launching pal games with ntsc bios which gives video missmatch
