Where possible replace all the default windows messageboxes

There are still a fair few spattered around in MedLaunch.

Need to replace them with styled MahApps dialogs. Ideally there needs to be some kind of fallback mechanism to deal with expected issues (dispatcher threading checks, MainWindow not initialised etc.)
