chrono cross .sbi patch #218

medlaunch keeps saying that chrono cross needs an .sbi patch to run correctly and it would ask if I want to copy it to the game directory but when I click ok it crashes medlaunch every time from what I have read an .sbi patch is for Europe and japan versions of the game i'm running the usa version
