SNES games will not launch in 0.4.4.0 #89

Unrecognized command: snes.input.port3

This is due to medlaunch having options to select virtual controller device for snes ports 3-8. Unfortunately these do not exit in mednafen (gamepad is assumed).

WIll be fixed in next release.

In the iterim users can use snes_faust emulation (which does not have such a problem)
