Basic Page content type

• [x] As content editor I want to have available a content type for publishing information pages like "The venue", "The event", etc.. .
• [x] As content editor I want to specify a custom URL alias for information pages.
• [x] As content editor I want to upload images via the WYSIWYG.
• [x] As content editor I want to have a nice WYSIWYG for setting rich text in my information pages.
• [x] As content editor I want to specify a title and body for my information pages.
• [x] As content editor I want to have permission for adding, editing, etc.. basic pages.
