[Front] Styles for the main menu #26

We should provide some basic styles for the main menu. Currently there are added some menu items as example and the block is placed properly.

How to reproduce:

Go to admin/structure/menu/manage/main
Provide some menu items for the first level.
Provide some menu items for the second level.
In Block Layout config (Primary Main Menu), you must configure it and add more levels for this menu.
Now you should be able to see them in the header of the webpage.

For me it's fine by the moment, we'll work in a separate issue for adapt the menu to the final design. We'll close this one. Thanks @keilovecraft for your work here!
