[Program] Line between sessions

Hi!

We have some cases that some sessions with big title are too close to each other if they share the same time slot in the program page. Example https://seville2017.drupaldays.org/program/schedule/21-03-2017

Could we add a dotted line between or other kind of separation?

Is it ok for you @ckrina ?

I can add more margin between them instead of a line, if you see better :)
