[Sponsors] Add new sponsors

As content editor I want to add sponsors. Each sponsor will have the following information:

Sponsor name
Sponsor logo.
Web page link
Sponsor level. Options available
- Diamond
- Platinum
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Coffee
- Lunch
- CodeSprint
As admin user I don’t want to accessible a detailed page of the sponsor. Only administrators will be allowed to access to them.
