Updated russh and russh-keys to 0.45.0 to address vulnerability

@AspectUnk it would be nice to get this merged so dependant projects are no longer vulnerable to this

It doesn't affect the security of dependent projects, since we're directly independent from russh and only use it as a dev crate for examples
