Prepare first release #561

The plan here is to run Liberapay on top of Pando 0.43 and Aspen 1.0rc1 in production, to try to find any remaining bug before we announce Aspen 1.0 (in less than two weeks).

Added a commit on master to drop the push to Heroku: c38c6fb7f43a32d4548549dbef15a7bff24232dd.

And another to exclude the old docs from source packages: 1b89ecc430fc90ec40e5e107c8b9ca52da77981e.

Pando 0.43 is now up on PyPI.
