This branch modifies Pando to use Aspen 1.0rc4 instead of 1.0rc3. The changes in 1.0rc4 include: a new dispatcher optimized for production use, the end of storage of static files in RAM by default, and the end of support for the ASPEN_* environment variables. Consequently, this branch removes support for the PANDO_* environment variables as well.
