outdated dependencies:

Upgrade javaee-web-api (8.0 instead of 7.0)
- need need Maven with Jdk-8
- not valid for maven with Jdk-7 (like Travis Jdk-7)
- related to 3219e2d1 - Contrast-Finder build need openjdk 8 (prerequisite jdeb)
