Add ability to remotely check, update, and restore Unraid OS via bot #28

I would like to be able to update unraid remotely via the discord bot. This feature would pair well with the already integrated app notifications that are built into unraid. I do realize this might be close to or already outside the scope of this project. But wanted to bring it up anyways!

Would need these commands check for updates update restore
