Lethal Company's models all seem to be "lying down", which I'm guessing is due to Y and Z being swapped. It's not a huge problem, but it does make it harder to get reasonable camera angles, and in some cases can paint a back face / wall in shadow instead of the underside.
edit: I should also note that some of the models appear skewed compared to in-game, so it may just be that the dev has some bespoke modelling workflow.
