This game is from Hoyovers, It just came out recently. This is a closed beta test.

Which Unity version did this occur on?

2019.4.32f1

Is the game Mono or IL2Cpp?

Describe the issue.

I wanted to deliver all files (textures, models, etc.) from the asset ripper

The game uses custom compression.

It means that the files are in a custom format.
