The ability to set custom vehicle names needs to be added, and saving the information to the database if a vehicle has a valid ID needs to also be implemented.

This will be handled by Asshat-Gaming/rmp-rp-issues#9. If the names are set to their correct base ones, the existing ownership scripts can handle differentiating who owns what vehicle, rendering the custom vehicle names to show affiliation unneeded.
