Add code to save all player data on server shutdown #15

All player data needs to be saved upon server shutdown. This is partially implemented, but not yet completed.

The implementation is present, however due to an unknown bug, the correct code for the MySQL query won't update on the server. Given that this is identical code to the working player quit data saving query code, it is not known why this isn't saving properly.
