Developer Commands need simple testing after pool connection change #3

The Developer commands system needs a simple test done to ensure all commands utilizing database connections still work after changing the code to use connection pools. This should be done after issue numbers Asshat-Gaming/rmp-rp-issues#18, Asshat-Gaming/rmp-rp-issues#17, and Asshat-Gaming/rmp-rp-issues#16 are completed.
