The administration system scripts need creating.

[ ] Finish administration online list.
[ ] Finish "set administration level" system.
[ ] Create ability to kick, temporary ban, and ban users, and integrate them into the existing login/logout systems.

Help is needed for the administration online list. At least two people need to be online for development and testing purposes, as the list needs to be made to comma-separate the username output, and ensure that all applicable users display properly.
