Ranking systems for administrative, development, roleplay, and other groups need to be created.

Roleplay group support has been added. Viewing a user's current rank is also working. The ability to promote and demote in groups is not yet supported. Administrative and Development group support is partially implemented in test form, but not yet created officially.
