Fix broken custom vehicle names #9

Custom vehicle names which are broken need manually fixing.

Known issues: polscout scout sahpair, (Wrong Name) sheriffthrust, (Wrong Name) sheriffscout, (Wrong Name) sheriffscoutnew, (Wrong Name) lsfd, (Wrong Name/Service Type Described)

This will require an audit of all vehicles to ensure their names are correct.

It is also planned to have custom-named vehicles to be set to their correct names, and not their "agency" counterparts, where applicable.

A workaround for this bug has been created so that the original vehicle files don't have to be tampered with.
