DQTools currently has no means of checking user or organisations in the datacube. Provide a class and methods to do this.
NOTE - what are the issues with showing all users to another user? How should this be managed? One idea - only users with the top permission level (i.e. Register) should be allowed to view other entries. A lower-ranking user can only see if they are registered in the datacube.
