Deep remove of all references to in-house key file.

DQTools repo DQTools.git is the original and needs to be deprecated: now private and called DQTools_backup DQTools_attempt_release has dev/rel branches and should be renamed to DQTools and made public. Being used on Nymph, check it's stable/tested.. no changes to code other than permissions and a different key file remotes need updating - nymph, everyone git remote -v git remote rm origin git remote add origin https://github.com/Assimila/DQTools.git git remote -v pull exception handling (and simplify) into release branch, merge Python 3.5 old print methods, and do another release
