🐛 Bug Report: Upgrade stat ranges are backwards #246

📜 Describe the bug

Some upgrade stats are backwards, for example 10% => 5% instead of 5% => 10%.

👟 To Reproduce

  1. Go to a Pulsing Heart Upgrade (C class for example)
  2. See Pulse Drive Fuel Efficiency being listed as 10% => 5%

👍 Expected behavior

I would expect that a efficiency of 10% is better than 5%, and therefore also the stat range going from low to high.

I guess this similar behaviour can also be added to this issue: When both numbers are the same, it sometimes displays a range instead of just a single number.
