🐛 Bug Report: Wrong cooking times

📜 Describe the bug

Cooking times are incorrect. They seem to be taken directly from the game files, but the game seems to add some form of multiplier.

👟 To Reproduce

1. Go to "Bugs-in-a-Blanket"
2. Click on first recipe (Scrambled Marrow + Juicy Thorax)
3. See refining time is 5s
4. Go in game and put that recipe into the nutrient processor (use 10x input to get an accurate number)
5. See time is 2.5s per item

👍 Expected behavior

The app should match the game. #50 was a similar issue. My suspicion is that the RefinerProductsMadeInTime also applies to cooking products.
