Add appid and certs for iSpyTracker/iSpyMonitor #29

Unfortunately, it seems that the package name is changing from version to version, looking like com.android.internet.NNNNN with NNNNN being the date of the build. But the MainActivity never changes, it's always com.as.monitoringapp.Activity.SplashScreen.
